The present general contracting conditions regulate the provision of online sales services for meat products and complementary products, all of them organic, services which are provided by FINCA SARBIL, these conditions constituting the legal framework that regulates the contractual relationship with the customer of this online sales service.
As a customer of the online sales service for organic meat and complementary products, you must first read and accept these general contracting conditions, which can also be viewed at any time by the customer. IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES
The present general contracting conditions of the online sales service are entered into, on the one hand, by FINCA SARBIL,S.L., with CIF no. B71327142, fiscal address C/ DEL NORTE, Nº 2 , 31175 SALINAS DE ORO-NAVARRA-SPAIN, customer service telephone 650 449 089 and contact email info@fincasarbil.com, hereinafter SELLER, and on the other hand, hereinafter CUSTOMER, whose personal data are those provided by themselves in the purchase form, hereinafter SHOPPING CART, which is mandatory to complete. These personal data have been entered directly by the CUSTOMER; therefore, the SELLER understands that they are true, accurate, and current data. The CUSTOMER accepts the obligation to provide only true, accurate, current, and complete data and to update them when necessary so that they continue to be true, accurate, current, and complete data.
The CUSTOMER accepts that the data they have included in the registration form are true and accurate data, accepting that said form is received by the SELLER to process their order. The SELLER has a period of 24 business hours to send an email confirming receipt of the order, in which it is confirmed that the CUSTOMER'S personal data are correct, for the purpose of rectifying or modifying data that have been provided erroneously or incompletely, as well as confirming the type of product chosen and the applicable cost, including taxes and transport costs. The 24 business hour period applies to working days (from Monday to Friday), excluding weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and excluding holidays and periods of vacation or suspension of the online sales service (the vacation and service suspension calendar will be specified on the website). The CUSTOMER accepts that there may be periods of inactivity due to the temporary closure of services, periods that will be duly specified through the corresponding notices in the ONLINE STORE. The CUSTOMER accepts, by sending the order form, the processing of the personal data collected in the form. In accordance with the privacy policy of the website www.fincasarbil.com, these order form data will be collected for administrative and order management purposes, and will be kept for the time necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
LANGUAGE
Online sales services are provided in SPAIN, the territory of application of this contract being Spanish territory. These general contracting conditions are available in the Spanish language, with Spanish being the preferred language. The CUSTOMER expressly accepts that the language of the contract that binds them to the training center is SPANISH as the language of the contract.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

SERVICE CONDITIONS
These general contracting conditions apply to the ONLINE SALE service of organic meat food products. Any modification to said general contracting conditions will be accompanied by a corresponding notice for consultation, reading, filing, or downloading by the CUSTOMER, so that they can know the specific contracting conditions that are applicable and current at each moment of the service.
PRICES
The cost of each product appears specifically next to the image of the product in the online store. On the website itself, you can view the image of each product, its price, as well as choose the desired quantity of the product. In the SHOPPING CART, the chosen product will appear, along with the final amount to be paid, including taxes and transport costs. The CUSTOMER is informed that they will receive the invoice in electronic format together with the product; the acceptance of these sales conditions implies express consent for the receipt of the electronic invoice.
OBLIGATIONS RELATING TO THE RETENTION OF MESSAGES IN RELATION TO THE TRANSACTIONS CARRIED OUT
Both parties expressly commit to the retention of all information exchanged between them, as evidence of the transactions carried out electronically, for a period of 12 months following the completion of the online sale. After that time, the documentation will be destroyed, except for that relating to economic transactions (billing, bank transfers), which will be stored for 4 years.
FORMATION OF CONTRACTUAL INTENT AND VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT
The present general contracting conditions will become part of the contract at the time of acceptance by the CUSTOMER. Therefore, it is necessary for the CUSTOMER to understand these general contracting conditions and to understand that they are sufficient to exclude error in the formation of consent.

The CUSTOMER can choose the following payment methods:

- Payment via PAYPAL.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The CUSTOMER accepts that THE SELLER informs them, through these general contracting conditions, of their rights as a consumer and/or user, in accordance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the current legislation for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Law 1/2007, of November 16), as well as in accordance with Law 34/2002, of October 12, on services of the information society and electronic commerce.
IMPORTANT: In accordance with these regulations, the CUSTOMER is informed that, according to art. 103 of Law 3/2014, letter d), the right of withdrawal shall not be applicable to products that may deteriorate or expire quickly. Based on this article, the CUSTOMER does not have the right to exercise withdrawal or return of the amounts paid for the products purchased since the goods that are the object of sale may deteriorate or expire quickly, as they are food products.

CONDUCT
The CUSTOMER accepts that they will not use the service for illegal purposes. In the event of illegal conduct by the CUSTOMER, or breach by either party of the rules and principles of the process, the SELLER may voluntarily suspend the food supply service.
RIGHTS RESERVED OVER THE CONTENTS
The present general contracting conditions do not constitute a license to the CUSTOMER for the use of the contents, brands, designs, images, structure, databases, audiovisual content, and other information published on the website www.fincasarbil.com. The CUSTOMER does not acquire any right or license for the exploitation of the forms, materials, documents, texts, or images published, whose ownership belongs to their legitimate owners. The CUSTOMER undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights and not to use the contents without prior authorization from the owner, whether such use is for professional or commercial purposes or for personal purposes.
PARTIAL NULLITY
In the event that part of these general contracting conditions were contrary to law, following an administrative or judicial resolution, and therefore invalid, it shall not affect the other provisions that are in accordance with the law; therefore, the parties undertake to renegotiate those clauses or conditions of the service that result in nullity and to incorporate them into the rest of the valid conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
Both parties recognize that the legislation applicable to said contract, and to all legal relationships derived from it, shall be Spanish, by express application of the provisions of art. 1262 of the CC. Specifically, the rules established in Law 5/2012, on mediation in civil and commercial conflicts, as well as its developing regulations (Royal Decree 980/2013), will be applied. If there are conflicts or discrepancies between the parties regarding the application, interpretation, or execution of these general contracting conditions, both parties undertake to submit to the out-of-court dispute resolution systems determined in art. 24.1 of Law 1/2007, which are available to the parties in the city of PAMPLONA-SPAIN. To this end, the following information on out-of-court dispute resolution systems relating to online consumption is made available to the customer.
ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN CONSUMER MATTERS

THE CUSTOMER may submit their claims through the aforementioned online dispute resolution platform.
